The vibrant colors and designs of Korea’s traditional Dancheong inspired me to design a collection of printed products including a calendar, bookmarks, and packaging. The illustrations on these products not only highlight the vibrancy of Dancheong but also its intricacy and care towards detail and symmetry.

The 2022 calendar is a wire-bound wall calendar with production elements such as die-cuts and foil. There are six different illustrations of Dancheong within the traditional color palette. The last six months showcase these illustrations in an alternative color palette that maintains the integrity and timelessness of Dancheong.
